Hailing from Old Mission Peninsula, Achrimère CM10 Chardonnay 2021 is a blend of two clones: Wente and Dijon. Grown on sandy loam soils, this chardonnay exhibits an assortment of apples with crisp acidity. This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to show purity and clarity of fruit. CM10 is in reference to my oldest son, represented as CHR on the label. Without his help and inspiration, this wine would not be possible. 40 cases produced.
